Product Manager Stormwater/Drainage

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Stormwater product business in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Water Management team, you will be responsible for building and executing a winning strategy that drives market penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Stormwater products in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and R&D, to design and develop the right range of Stormwater products
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape for Residential and Commercial Stormwater
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for Residential and Commercial Stormwater products within the region
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Stormwater products, including product positioning, messaging, and outbound communications
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to create sales collateral, product documentation, and training materials
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools to sell Stormwater products
  • Forecast demand for Stormwater products and manage inventory levels
  • Develop and monitor pricing strategies, cost structures, and profitability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in product management, preferably in Stormwater management, environmental solutions, or related industries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create something new
  • Demonstrated success meeting business goals and profitably growing sales
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business leaders to create alignment and support
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Strong project management, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (C1+) required, German or other European languages would be an advantage
  • Ability to travel 25%, mostly within Europe
