Job Title: Sales Associate at REWE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth cashier transactions, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling and Customer Service: Ensure accurate scanner cash reconciliation, provide friendly customer service, and expert advice to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, including the cashier area and stock shelves with attention to quality.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be willing to learn and adapt to changing store conditions, and demonstrate flexibility in working hours.
Requirements:
- Commercial Education or Experience: Possess commercial education or relevant experience in retail.
- Customer Orientation and Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and responsibility.
- Passion for Retail: Show passion for retail and customer interaction.
