Job Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize our private and public cloud stacks in a team of DevOps Engineers.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and error-free deployments.
  • Scalable Solution Design: Collaborate with teams to design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective (primarily serverless) solutions.
  • System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor and troubleshoot to ensure system health and performance.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with software development teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that align with the company's vision.
  • Stack Performance Optimization: Monitor the performance of the stacks you contribute to, and work on optimizing them for better scalability and user experience. Implement monitoring tools and strategies to detect and mitigate potential issues before they affect the business.
  • Industry Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends in cloud computing and serverless architectures.
  • Incident Response: Develop, maintain, and execute runbooks and playbooks for incident response.
  • Post-Mortem Analysis: Participate in post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement across serverless architectures.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Operations Shift Management: Organize operations shifts during working hours of our core customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a DevOps, SysOps, or similar role, with a strong focus on cloud and serverless technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in AWS serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and Aurora Serverless.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring tools like Amazon CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray or third-party solutions.
  • DevOps Principles: Demonstrated understanding of DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Coding Skills: Strong understanding of coding and scripting with Python.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., AWS CloudFormation).
  • Incident Management: Familiarity with incident management processes and best practices.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Communication: Good communication skills in English.
  • Self-Learning: Ability to learn on your own.
