Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Welcoming guests warmly and engaging with them in a friendly manner
  • Managing the check-in and check-out processes for our guests
  • Handling reservation inquiries and processing them efficiently
  • Overseeing cash management and accounts receivable
  • Executing all administrative tasks at the front desk independently and competently
  • Contributing to a smooth operational flow during morning, evening, and night shifts
  • Ensuring effective communication across all departments within our establishment
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses a completed education in hospitality
  • May have experience in similar roles or be a career changer with a passion for hospitality
  • Demonstrates a proactive and independent work ethic, teamwork, and accountability
  • Ideally has experience in corporate hospitality
  • Familiarity with hotel management software, such as Opera, is advantageous
