Your Role

As a Global Product Manager, you will develop and deploy the product line and portfolio of "Cereal, nuts, and pulses". This includes business development, supply chain, pricing, innovation, and growth initiatives. You will manage the global assortment with the product organization and internal stakeholders within our global matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy the product line and portfolio of "Cereal, nuts, and pulses"
  • Manage the global assortment with the product organization and internal stakeholders
  • Define a roadmap to drive business and revenue growth in close alignment with the Team Leader Product Management
  • Attend regular meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams to agree on pricing strategy, product portfolio, and supply chain topics
  • Actively monitor competitors to benchmark our portfolio and prepare a competitive analysis
  • Support the sales team by engaging in customer visits, projects, and briefings to share product and market know-how
  • Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback and product usage to inform the product roadmap
  • Communicate portfolio updates to all stakeholders and ensure in-house trainings to foster a deeper understanding of the product portfolio and positioning

Your Profile

We are looking for a successful product manager with a track record in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a B2B business environment. You should have a degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology, or a similar qualification. Proven experience in creating and executing product roadmaps is essential.
