We are seeking a skilled Gardener and Sales Specialist to join our team at Raiffeisen Market. As a Greenery Area Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and organizing the Greenery section, providing expert advice to customers, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Organize the Greenery Section: Create visually appealing displays and ensure the Greenery section is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Provide Expert Advice: Offer customers expert advice on our extensive range of garden and plant products, ensuring they find the perfect solution for their needs.
  • Customer-Oriented Product Presentation: Ensure products are presented in a way that showcases their features and benefits, and that customers are aware of the products' value.
  • Picking and Preparing Plants: Select and prepare plants and items from the garden assortment for display and sale.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the assortment meets our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Completed Vocational Training: A completed vocational training in gardening or a related field is required.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing expert advice and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Independent Work Ethic: A self-motivated and diligent work ethic is required to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
  • Team Player: A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
  • Knowledge and Skills: A strong knowledge and skills in gardening and floristry are required.
