Role Overview:

• Plan and curate the Horticulture section at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen
• Deliver expert guidance to customers regarding our diverse selection of gardening and plant merchandise
• Ensure customer-focused product display and upkeep within the store
• Gather and prepare plants and products from the horticultural inventory
• Conduct quality assessments of the inventory and oversee the aesthetic arrangement of display areas

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training, such as in horticulture or floral design
• Prior experience in a comparable position
• Excellent communication abilities and a considerate approach to customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and with diligence
• Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration
• Knowledge and expertise in gardening and floral arrangements
