Job Description

Wir suchen eine engagierte Assistenz (m/w/d) der Bereichsleitung Softwareentwicklung für unseren Standort Eltville am Rhein.

Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung Softwareentwicklung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und bei strategischen Projekten
  • Terminverwaltung, Büroorganisation und Koordination von Meetings
  • Planung und Organisation von Reisen sowie Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Koordinierung von Meetings und Erstellung von Präsentationen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von Workflows
Requirements:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige Berufs­erfahrung in einer vergleich­baren Position
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung
  • Umgang mit MS Office und MS Outlook
