Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing and follow-up. You will also be involved in negotiations with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for both parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing and follow-up
- Negotiate with customers to achieve the best possible outcomes for both parties
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the order process, including inventory checks and order adjustments
- Monitor and improve departmental processes
- Work closely with all parties involved in the order process, both internally and externally
About You
- You have a technical or commercial education or have comparable qualifications
- You have good communication skills and an open ear for the customer
- Ideally, you already have experience working with printed circuit boards
- Good time management skills
- You keep an overview when many tasks are waiting for you at the same time and don't let stress throw you off track
- Knowledge of AX, Salesforce, BI Qlickview/Qlicksense is desirable, but not essential
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
