Order Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Order Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing and follow-up. Your mission will be to provide exceptional customer service, negotiate orders to achieve the best possible outcomes, and maintain a small customer base selling our best PCB solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing and follow-up.
- Negotiate orders to achieve the best possible outcomes for both parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to internal and external customer inquiries.
- Maintain a small customer base selling our best PCB solutions, preparing PCBs, advising on cost and production optimizations, and selecting suitable partners.
- Monitor and improve departmental processes, reporting on KPIs, and creating SWOT analyses.
- Technical or commercial education or comparable qualifications.
- Good communication skills and an open ear for the customer.
- Ideal experience working with printed circuit boards.
- Good time management skills and ability to keep an overview when multiple tasks are waiting.
- Knowledge of AX, Salesforce, BI Qlickview/Qlicksense is desirable but not essential.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
