Position Overview:

As a Student Assistant in Content Marketing at congstar GmbH, you will play a vital role in executing marketing initiatives in collaboration with various departments and agencies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing actions in coordination with congstar's departments and external agencies.
  • Independently manage the updating and conceptualization of website content.
  • Ensure that our FAQ section is always up-to-date and regularly analyze it to derive optimization strategies.
  • Take on projects autonomously, allowing you to enhance your skills while gaining insights into a wide range of topics related to digital customer experience and the telecommunications industry.

Your Qualifications:

  • You are currently studying Media Science, Digital Media, or a related field (advanced Bachelor or Master) and have at least one year of study remaining.
  • You have gained initial practical experience through internships or student jobs, preferably in project management, marketing, or content management.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and are a team player.
  • Your reliability and attention to detail are evident in your work.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other tools supports your independent working style.
