Job Title: Marketing Communications Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Communications Assistant to join our team at jobvector GmbH. As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, content, social media, and conversational marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including creating content, designing email templates, and scheduling social media posts.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas and strategies.
  • Support the organization and execution of online events, including webinars and workshops.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
