Qualifications
  • Completion of vocational training as an Office Clerk or a similar qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and a methodical work style
  • Approachable personality with strong communication skills
  • Experience in customer service is advantageous
