Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Your Role

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations set forth by relevant European regulatory authorities.
  • Facilitate due diligence processes and audits in partnership with the Agency Claims team and other Global Lines units.
  • Draft Outsourcing Plans and Risk Assessment documentation.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of compliance obligations specific to the insurance sector.
  • Engage in special initiatives and provide ad hoc reporting as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Expertise in claims compliance within the primary insurance domain.
  • A legal background or equivalent academic qualifications.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Established connections with legal professionals and service providers.
  • Fluent in English for business purposes; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
