Your Role
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations set forth by relevant European regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate due diligence processes and audits in partnership with the Agency Claims team and other Global Lines units.
- Draft Outsourcing Plans and Risk Assessment documentation.
- Maintain an extensive understanding of compliance obligations specific to the insurance sector.
- Engage in special initiatives and provide ad hoc reporting as required.
Your Qualifications
- Expertise in claims compliance within the primary insurance domain.
- A legal background or equivalent academic qualifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Established connections with legal professionals and service providers.
- Fluent in English for business purposes; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
