Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Bike Service Representative to join our team. As a Bike Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch repair services to our customers across Europe.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Travel to customer locations to repair electric bikes
- Diagnose and fix bike issues using remote diagnostics and online training
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve repair goals
**Requirements:**
- Self-employed or freelance status
- Fluency in the local language and English
