Job DescriptionAs a Mobile Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing on-site repairs and maintenance for our customers' electric bikes. You will be the face of Cowboy, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers are back on the road in no time.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide on-site repairs and maintenance for electric bikes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
