Service Staff for Protection and Security

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Service Staff for Protection and Security to join our team at WWS Westfälischer Wachschutz GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of objects and plant security, as well as building surveillance, to identify potential security risks.
- Check the functionality of security equipment and ensure it is in good working order.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Conduct threat assessments and evaluate potential dangers and risks.
- Properly mark emergency exits and escape routes to ensure a safe evacuation in case of an emergency.
- Provide personalized information and instructions to clients and staff in event services.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- High school diploma
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Friendly customer interaction, especially in stressful situations
- Social skills
- Clean record (enhanced criminal record check)
- No negative entry in credit check
- Team player
- Resilience
- Proficient in PC applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Driver's license Class B
- Good German language skills, preferably English skills

- Security training certification (§ 34a GewO)
- Prevention of dangers (e.g., calming aggressive or intoxicated event attendees)
