Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Caregiving Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our care staff in delivering high-quality patient care. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide care staff in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible support and care.
  • Conduct regular care visits and assessments to monitor patient progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Provide education and training to care staff on best practices and new developments in care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care services.
Requirements
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Alten- oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege (Completed education in gerontology or healthcare).
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pflege (Minimum 3 years of experience in care).
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements (Knowledge of quality management principles).
