Information Security Culture Advocate

- As a vital member of our Security Awareness team, you will enhance the ongoing development of our Information Security Awareness initiative.
- You will create and execute scalable change management strategies that effectively cultivate our security culture across the Knauf Group.
- Your role involves building a network of change agents across our global locations.
- You will oversee group-wide change communications and provide guidance to stakeholders during transitions, including organizing and facilitating workshops.
- Collaborating with our training specialists, you will design educational programs tailored for all employee demographics.
- You will supply tools and methodologies to promote transparency, communication, and collaboration throughout the change process.
- Your experience and diverse toolkit enable you to tackle complex challenges with confidence, analyze and structure tasks, and devise practical solutions.
- A degree in Change Management, (Business) Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- You possess a strong inclination to work within an international IT context and are eager to expand your knowledge in Information Security.
- Your exceptional communication and writing abilities allow you to produce professional and compelling content promptly.
- You are adept at engaging with stakeholders on an equal footing to foster positive collaboration and translate technical concepts into business language.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is an advantage.
