Security Operations Manager

Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and performing security operations at assigned U.S. Army installations.
Responsibilities:- Manage security operations and ensure contractor performance at assigned installations
- Direct line management of armed guards assigned to military installations
- Ensure quality control and contract compliance
- Perform accurate and detailed reporting
- Security or law enforcement administration experience in the armed forces, civilian police, or commercial security agencies
- Leadership experience and project/program management skills
- Experience managing armed security personnel and expertise in physical security and access control
- Computer literacy and ability to use common office management tools
- Experience in basic communications and radio use/procedures
- Secondary education or national diploma and minimum five years of police, military, and/or security management experience
- Intimate knowledge of overseas security environments and familiarity with specific threats in Germany
- Risk management skills and liability

- Intimate knowledge of overseas security environments and familiarity with specific threats in Germany
- Professional fluency in both English and German
- Familiarity with applicable U.S. military regulations and German laws
- Native-born citizen of a NATO-member country or U.S. citizen
- Meet security criteria in accordance with AER requirements
- Pass a background check and be a resident of Germany for 12 consecutive months
- Willing to sign a Letter of Commitment with CGS
