Security Operations Manager

Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee the management and performance of the guard force at an assigned U.S. Army installation(s) and any satellite areas associated with the installation(s).
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage security operations and contractor performance at assigned U.S. Army installations
- Perform direct line management of armed guards assigned to the military installation(s)
- Ensure quality control and contract compliance
- Accurately and detailedly report on security operations
- Security or law enforcement administration experience in the armed forces, civilian police, or commercial security agencies
- Leadership experience
- Project/program management experience
- Experience managing armed security personnel
- Expertise in all areas of physical security and access control
- Computer literacy, including the ability to use common office management tools
- Experience in basic communications and radio use/procedures
- Secondary education or national diploma
- Minimum five years of police, military, and/or security management experience at the manager, supervisor, or commander levels
- Minimum two years of work experience in Germany
- Intimate knowledge of overseas security environments and familiarity with specific threats in Germany
- Risk management skills, including problem identification, risk management planning, qualitative risk analysis, and problem solving
- Secondary education or national diploma
- Minimum five years of police, military, and/or security management experience at the manager, supervisor, or commander levels
- Minimum two years of work experience in Germany
- Intimate knowledge of overseas security environments and familiarity with specific threats in Germany
- Risk management skills, including problem identification, risk management planning, qualitative risk analysis, and problem solving
- Professional fluency in both English and German
- Familiarity with applicable U.S. military regulations and German laws
- Native-born citizen of a NATO-member country or a U.S. citizen (native-born or naturalized)
- Meet or be eligible to meet security criteria in accordance with AER requirements
- Pass a background check
- Resident of Germany for 12 consecutive months at the time of contract award
- Willing to sign a Letter of Commitment with CGS
- Capable of maintaining a professional demeanor under highly stressful circumstances
- Verifiable record of proven reliability and good conduct on past assignments
