About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify payroll data using SAP software
  • Manage personnel matters, including employee records and benefits
  • Provide information and support to colleagues and management
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Source and procure office supplies
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Manage petty cash
Requirements:
  • Completed vocational training as an Administration Assistant or equivalent qualification
  • Experience with SAP software
