GKN Aerospace is a leading aerospace company that is reimagining air travel. We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in the Versandlogistik department.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist in the coordination of logistics operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of shipping documents (delivery notes, transport documents, inspection certificates)
  • Inventory management and accurate packaging of products according to customer specifications
  • Disposition of shipments in coordination with internal customers and supervisors
  • Booking of shipments in the ERP system
  • Participation in various logistics projects
  • Support with other tasks outside of shipping

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in German and/or English
