Key Responsibilities.
Lead the development and management of an effective Compliance Management System, emphasizing ECC controls for both SAP and non-SAP environments. Analyze ECC requirements and translate them into actionable process specifications, ensuring smooth implementation. Monitor and provide guidance on global ECC controls within our SAP R/3 framework as part of a worldwide expert team. Spearhead innovative approaches to implement next-generation ECC solutions, enhancing existing applications to guarantee compliance with legal and internal standards. Manage complex projects aimed at improving the integration and automation of compliance activities within business operations. Serve as a central point of contact, bridging operational compliance with legal, IT, and technical teams to facilitate sustainable solutions. Promote standardization and harmonization of compliance solutions across various operational fields. Drive effective change management through proactive communication with stakeholders. Design and deliver training sessions on IT-related export control and customs subjects. Your Qualifications.
A university degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in export control and customs. Proven track record in international project management, with the ability to lead project initiatives. Expertise in export control, customs, and logistical ERP processes, particularly within SAP R/3 and S/4 Hana, with advanced knowledge of 'Materials Management' and 'Sales & Distribution' modules. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (including Excel, Teams, Power BI) and exceptional communication and presentation skills. Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as PowerBI, QlikSense, or Tableau is advantageous. Knowledge of programming or database querying languages, like Oracle DB, is a plus. A consultative approach to business processes, complemented by a solid IT background. A proactive, open-minded work style with strong decision-making and results-oriented capabilities. Fluent in English, with German language skills being an additional asset.
