About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chapter Lead IAM Operating to join our team at ING Deutschland. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading our Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the IAM operations team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve IAM processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, ensuring the effective use of IAM systems and processes.
  • Design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Provide expert-level support for IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, operating manuals, and knowledge bases to ensure transparency and consistency in IAM processes.
  • Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information technology, business administration) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM operations, with a strong background in Windows and Unix system administration.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, coaching, and mentoring staff to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
