Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Active Sourcing Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team at AppLike Group. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team in finding new experts and talents while improving our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying new candidates through active sourcing using LinkedIn, Xing, and other tech-related platforms.
  • Draft in-mail messages and use an individual approach to contact candidates, ensuring a good candidate experience.
  • Pre-select candidates in close collaboration with our TA team and Hiring Managers.
  • Research and propose new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and current candidate information.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • You should be living in Germany and able to work on-site in our Hamburg base office in a hybrid model.
  • You should have gained your first experience in active search and be familiar with sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • You should be familiar with IT industry terminology, technologies, and tools.
  • You should like to take ownership and have a very structured way of working.
  • You should have a can-do attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges head-on.
  • You should be fluent in English.
  • You should be confident in handling the Google suite.
