Active Sourcing Professional

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent in the IT industry. Your primary responsibility will be to support our team in finding new experts and talents through active sourcing, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Xing. You will also be responsible for drafting personalized in-mail messages, pre-selecting candidates, and researching new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team in sourcing new candidates through active sourcing
- Draft personalized in-mail messages to contact candidates
- Pre-select candidates in collaboration with the TA team and Hiring Managers
- Research and propose new recruiting channels to expand our talent pool
- Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team in scheduling interviews and moving candidates through the recruitment process
Requirements:
- You should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of IT industry terminology, technologies, and tools
- You should have gained experience in active search and be familiar with sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates
- You should be able to work in a hybrid model and be based in Germany
- You should have a can-do attitude and be willing to tackle new challenges head-on
