Junior Buchhalter im Real Estate Bereich (m/w/d)


IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Übernahme der Kontrolle über alle finanziellen Transaktionen
  • Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse im Rahmen der Immobilienportfolioverwaltung nach HGB
  • Verantwortung für die Finanz-, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Mahnungen, Berichten und Statistiken
  • Durchführung von Kontenanalysen und regelmäßigen Kontenabstimmungen
IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d)
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung als Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder in ähnlichen Positionen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie DATEV
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
