System Engineer for IT Support

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our IT Support team at perinova IT-Management GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the Modern Workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level support for clients in the Modern Workplace, including O365, M365, and AzureAD.
  • Administer and support clients and users, ensuring seamless integration with our services.
  • Establish direct contact with end-users at client locations in the Munich area, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize a ticketing system to document and track technical issues, ensuring efficient resolution and follow-up.
  • Install and configure hardware and software components, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience and motivation.
  • possess practical experience in IT support, including first- and second-level support, customer support, and user helpdesk.
  • Have a strong interest in the Modern Workplace and related technologies, such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure.
  • Be proficient in handling and documenting ticketing systems, such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Helpline.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Hold good German language skills, both written and spoken, and preferably good English language skills.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and customer-focused approach, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Be a team player, willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
