Senior Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to join our team at HomeToGo. As a key member of our Senior Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting our decision-making processes and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our annual Budgeting Process, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis
- Establish and maintain controlling procedures in our Headquarters, driving financial consolidation of the HomeToGo Group
- Develop and implement regular forecasting, providing guidance on steering, potentials, and risks associated
- Contribute to the creation of our Annual Report, highlighting key financial performance and strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvements in monthly reporting, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Guide our recent acquisitions in post-M&A integration and adaptation in reporting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in financial planning and controlling
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders in an agile environment
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in reporting to senior management
- Structured and results-oriented, with excellent ability to reduce complexity
- Strong writing and speaking English skills, German is a plus
- Experience with SAP is a plus
