The expansion of renewable energies is accelerating rapidly. The Business Segment Large Scale & Project Solutions is restructuring to actively shape this development for megawatt projects, particularly in the photovoltaic large-scale power plant segment. As a Senior Contract Specialist in the Finance & Enablement area, you will significantly contribute to the profitable growth of this segment.

Your typical day looks like this:

  • Contract negotiations and drafting in an international context: You negotiate contract details in line with the segment's interests, ensuring that all legal and business aspects are addressed.
  • Leading cross-functional teams: You will lead teams from Sales, Project Pricing, Commercial & Technical Project Management, and the Legal Department during contract creation, management, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Risk management through precise contract analysis: You minimize risks by clarifying ambiguities and vague clauses, always keeping the customer perspective in focus.
  • Communication with clients and internal teams: Excellent relationships are key to efficiently managing contracts.

Skills required for this role:

  • Experience in qualified contract management, particularly in project business.
  • Solid knowledge of commercial law and contract management.
  • Negotiation skills and a diplomatic demeanor.
  • Good English skills for international contracts.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • A degree in law or commercial law, or a technical background with relevant qualifications (e.g., CPCM = Certified Professional Contracts Manager).
