Internship in Process Management

  • Familiarize yourself with operational workflows and convert them into effective representations utilizing appropriate tools (notably Signavio).
  • Perform on-the-spot process evaluations to uncover opportunities for enhancement and automation.
  • Assist throughout all stages of various projects (consultation, planning, coordination, oversight).
  • Engage in requirements gathering, design, assessment of potential solutions, and project quality evaluation.
  • Aid in the creation, upkeep, and documentation of projects within the 1&1 system framework.
  • Compile and prepare reports and analyses for the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable discipline. (Working hours 15-20 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week during non-lecture periods)
  • Initial practical experience in Lean Management, process visualization (preferably with Signavio, Visio, etc.), and project oversight.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, along with dependability, quality consciousness, and a sense of responsibility, a process-oriented approach, effective teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Quick learner with technical aptitude, eager to explore new subjects.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in German (minimum Level C1).
