The Role

We are seeking a talented Junior Python Developer to join our team. As a Junior Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications using Python. You will work closely with our experienced engineers to learn and grow in your role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software applications using Python
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following industry best practices
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our codebase
  • Work with our team to identify and resolve technical issues

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python, Pydantic, FastAPI, PostgresSQL, GIT, and effective debugging skills
  • Minimum of 3000 hours of hands-on experience in software development
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously and is a fast learner
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English
  • Completed Bachelor or Masters program in Computer Science or related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in prompt engineering and integrating LLMs
  • Experience with TypeScript and React
  • Experience in Business Process Management, Process Mining / BPM / task mining projects
  • Experience in entrepreneurship
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
