Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for creating and validating regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and committees, designing and implementing risk management processes in an international IT environment, and coordinating and steering the risk manager community to raise the maturity level of risk management within the ALDI SOUTH Group.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate new risks
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and assess risks
- Design and implement risk management processes in an international IT environment
- Coordinate and steer the risk manager community to raise the maturity level of risk management
- Promote a proactive and open risk culture through training and guidance
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in information technology, computer science, economics, or a related field, and proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles within an internal or external management consulting service. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to function well as part of an international team.
