Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager to join our team at ALDI International Services SE & Co. oHG. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for creating and validating regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management and committees, designing and implementing risk management processes in an international IT environment, and coordinating and steering the risk manager community to raise the maturity level of risk management within the ALDI SOUTH Group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate new risks
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and assess risks
- Design and implement risk management processes and tools
- Provide training and guidance to promote a proactive and open risk culture
- Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in management consulting
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Partial mobile working within Germany
