Sales Engineer

At Waagner-Biro Stage Systems, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer - Stage Control Systems to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and managing sales projects, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales projects from conception to completion, working closely with our sales back office and international sales teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in stage control systems to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our engineering experts to develop and present innovative automation control systems.
- Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and conferences to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
- University degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, or mechatronics.
- Proven experience in sales or rental of rigging control systems or flying control systems.
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry and stage procedures.
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel regularly.
