Senior Construction Manager for Large-Scale Projects

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at Riverstate Premium Recruiting. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of large-scale projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects
  • Supervise and lead a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, budget variances, and quality control metrics
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction professionals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex construction issues
  • Proficiency in construction management software, including project management tools and quality control systems
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors
