As a Cloud-Native Platform Architect, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the platform architecture, ensuring it meets the highest standards of scalability, robustness, and availability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing a highly scalable platform architecture that meets the needs of our clients
- Selecting the best technologies for the platform, ensuring they align with our company's vision and goals
- Ensuring the scalability, robustness, and availability of the solution, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Developing a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with our company's objectives
- Collaborating with developers, technical staff, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment
- Mentoring and coaching teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completed studies in computer science, software engineering, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience as a cloud-native platform architect, preferably in a consulting firm
- Excellent knowledge of Java and microservice architecture, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies
- Experience with analyzing and solving complex technical problems, with a focus on finding innovative solutions
- Experience with technical leadership and mentoring of developers, with a focus on building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
