Junior Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our accounting operations as a Junior Accounting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in booking permanent invoices accurately and review general cost bookings to ensure precision.
- Determine, book, and allocate shared costs across departments and international offices.
- Verify trade-related incoming and outgoing invoices for both German and European offices.
- Assess and validate sales and cost accruals, and review and manage claim accruals.
- Examine sales and cost contracts for accuracy and prepare internal control audits.
- Assist in monthly closing tasks, including foreign exchange (F/X) and royalty calculations.
- Completed apprenticeship or studies in accounting.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in accounting.
- Legal knowledge relevant to accounting practices.
- Strong analytical skills and market understanding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Knowledge of SAP and other accounting software.
