Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Accounting Manager mit soliden Kenntnissen in HGB und IFRS, der in der Lage ist, sein Wissen erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Umsetzung einer spannenden Wachstumsstrategie mitwirken und die Zukunft als europäisches PayTech-Unternehmen vorantreiben.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Erarbeitung, Umsetzung und Durchsetzung konzerneinheitlicher Prozesse und Richtlinien
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Group Accounting Nets/Nexi
  • Etablierung und Umsetzung von IKS-Kontrollen
  • Ansprechpartner für IFRS für den Konzern
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Prüfer
  • Ad-hoc-Analysen und Reporting
  • Beobachtung und Bewertung von Änderungen in den für die Nexi Germany Gruppe anwendbaren rechtlichen Vorschriften und deren Einordnung in die Gesamtstruktur der Nets/Nexi Gruppe
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in strategischen Projekten und Systemmigrationen
  • Post-Merger-Integrationen von neu erworbenen Gesellschaften in die bestehende Gesellschaftsstruktur
  • Prozessverbesserungen im Bereich Finance durch Nutzung relevanter SAP-Funktionen und SAP-Customizing in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Nets-SAP-Team
Qualifikationen
  • Dein Fachwissen konntest Du bereits in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei oder in einer ähnlichen Position unter Beweis stellen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Meldewesen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 FI oder S4 Hana von Vorteil
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Du kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Du bist strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen immer den Überblick und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für bilanzielle Zusammenhänge
  • Als Zahlenkenner gibst Du konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen und machst dadurch das Unternehmen effizienter
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbständiges und proaktives Arbeiten sowie eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Du bist ein optimistischer, kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer und Dein Durchsetzungsvermögen zeichnet Dich aus
