In der Position des Vertriebsleiters für den Bereich Kundenservice sind Sie verantwortlich für:
- Erreichung der Verkaufsziele: Verantwortung für Volumen und Marge gemäß der Unternehmensstrategie.
- Budgetverantwortung: Planung und Prognose der finanziellen Mittel in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Strategische Planung: Implementierung und Ausführung von Aktionsplänen für Schlüsselkunden.
- Kundenentwicklung: Akquisition neuer Kunden in Nordosteuropa.
- Portfolio-Optimierung: Sicherstellung eines optimalen Kunden-/Produktportfolios.
- Koordination: Abstimmung mit internen Ressourcen zur Erfüllung der Kundenerwartungen.
- Kundenbetreuung: Regelmäßige Nachverfolgung zur Sicherstellung eines hohen Serviceniveaus.

Ihr Profil:
- Abschluss in Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Ingenieurwesen mit Vertriebserfahrung.
- 5 bis 10 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
- Erfahrung im Key-Account-Management ist von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse der Elektromotorenindustrie sind wünschenswert.
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Reisebereitschaft.
- Technisches Verständnis für Produkte und deren Anwendungen.
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung in einem multikulturellen Umfeld ist wünschenswert.
