As an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating the global audit program across plants, sites, and projects. You will report, communicate, and follow up on identified deviations and improvements, and coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in accordance with the audit plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and coordinate the global audit program across plants, sites, and projects
* Report, communicate, and follow up on identified deviations and improvements
* Coordinate and support 3rd party audits across Nordex in accordance with the audit plan
* Monitor and analyze top compliance issues, systemic issues, and opportunities
* Monitor Audit KPI's and reporting
* Provide coaching in problem solving (8D) to solve compliance issues across sites
* Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities based on findings
* Provide quality awareness coaching and audit training
* Provide input to and support the implementation of the Global Audit Strategy
* Support development and management of the global audit program across all Nordex sites
Requirements:
* BA/BS Degree in Quality, Engineering, Business, or equivalent work experience
* Certified auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, or VDA 6.3
* At least 2-3 years of auditor and quality assurance experience
* Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
* Service-minded with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Experienced in project/process management
* Fluent in English (C1)
