We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our climate-neutral solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice on climate-neutral solutions and energy efficiency
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the energy or sustainability sector
  • Strong understanding of climate-neutral solutions and energy efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in German (C1 level or higher)
