About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Controller to lead our global logistics controlling team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of controllers in the global logistics department, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement controlling strategies to optimize logistics operations, ensuring compliance with commercial regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with operational, finance, and management teams to drive business results and improve processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct business analysis, data analysis, and statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and advisory services to management on risks and opportunities.
  • Perform variance analysis and create deviation reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on controlling or accounting.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
  • Excellent SAP and MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Analytical and results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
