At Conxai Technologies GmbH, we are pioneering an AI Platform that provides customized AI-driven solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our innovative platform harnesses sophisticated AI technologies to empower industry professionals to develop intricate use cases seamlessly.

Role Overview

We are seeking full-time interns (minimum 6 months) to tackle advanced challenges in computer vision and deep learning, contributing to our product development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Extracting and preprocessing visual data from various sources
  • Developing metrics to assess and compare the effectiveness of different methodologies
  • Engaging with client-facing teams to comprehend the challenges and limitations of the tasks
  • Actively experimenting with and implementing machine learning solutions
  • Collaborating with machine learning engineers on model architecture, experimentation, and implementation
  • Integrating solutions into a unified codebase while adhering to sound software engineering practices
  • Regularly communicating findings and analyses
Qualifications
  • Pursuing or holding a PhD/Master's degree in Computer Science from a German or EU institution
  • Experience in training and evaluating Deep Learning models using PyTorch, particularly CNNs or ViTs
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • A mindset geared towards experimentation to enhance performance through rapid iterations
  • Strong software engineering capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Robust problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Eligibility to work in Germany

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in training models for tasks such as Object Detection, Instance Segmentation, or Scene Graph generation
  • Familiarity with Large Vision-Language models
  • Experience with Autonomous Driving datasets
  • Significant experience in fine-tuning Deep Neural Networks on specialized, small datasets
  • Knowledge of domain adaptation techniques
