Supply Officer (m/f/d) for AIRBUS

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Supply Officer to join our team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder. As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and ensuring the smooth operation of our client Airbus Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Forecasting and planning of purchase orders to meet production demands.
  • Support the New Parts Introduction process and operational actions.
  • Manage and monitor rework Purchase Orders with suppliers and strategic buffers.
  • Problem-solving and attendance to performance review meetings and dedicated meetings with suppliers.
  • Reporting and data analysis to optimize supply chain performance.
  • Inventory management and contribution to improvement projects.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain/logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • First professional experience in purchasing, supplier management, and supply chain/logistics.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and good written and spoken German.
  • Willingness to travel on business (up to 35 times a year).
