Responsibilities:

  1. Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and enhance operational processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and automation.
  2. Project Management: Work collaboratively with internal teams to execute customer success initiatives from conception to completion.
  3. Customer Success Training: Create and implement training programs for team members to ensure effective use of our platforms and the adoption of new processes.
  4. Data Collection and Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to gather and interpret customer success data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
  5. Tool Implementation & Support: Enhance and maintain tools and software used by Customer Success teams, providing support to resolve issues and address inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from a top engineering or business school.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
