Production Project Coordinator

At FRoSTA, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for Production to facilitate the execution of innovative projects within our manufacturing operations.

Your Responsibilities: Collaborate for Success

In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the future direction of our production facility. Working alongside our project management team, you will engage in dynamic projects focused on digital transformation and automation, enhancing our operational processes.

  • You will assess current processes, track financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process efficiency, and propose strategies to meet established objectives.
  • You will oversee the planning, execution, and management of various projects, including budget oversight.
  • You will assemble a team of specialists for each project, coordinate their tasks, and serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners.
  • You will also share successful practices developed during projects with our other facilities and assist local project teams.

Your Qualifications: What Sets You Apart

  • A degree in production technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Some professional experience as a project manager in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in agile and hybrid project management methodologies preferred.
  • Proficiency in English to facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, a passion for data, and advanced Excel capabilities.
  • Creative thinking - you can effectively visualize concepts.
  • A self-directed and organized approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel for regular site visits.
