As a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch), you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our global supply chain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize our supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for navigating complex supply chain challenges and developing creative solutions to drive business results. You will work closely with teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive efficiency and cost savings.

About the Team

Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team is a critical component of our supply chain operations. As a member of this team, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. Our team uses data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize our supply chain processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain management, logistics, business administration)
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in supply chain management, program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field (e.g. business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design)
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in complex problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
