Medical Device Specialist for Clinical Chemistry

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our team at Roche. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our laboratory diagnostic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair laboratory diagnostic systems, including cobas pro and cobas pure
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or life sciences
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of laboratory diagnostic systems and medical devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
